Arvigo Maya Abdominal Massage with Yoni Steam

Maya Abdominal massage is a fusion of therapeutic Mayan medicine and Rosita Arvigo’s techniques to provide a therapeutic modality specifically for increasing fertility, healing from uterine trauma, childbirth, pregnancy, cesearean section, hysterectomy, menstrual pain/discomfort, peri-menopause, and menopause. The treatment begins with a vaginal (yoni) steam to aid in detoxifying and allowing the pelvic floor to relax. The massage includes a castor oil pack to aid in circulation and detoxification of the reproductive organs and abdomen. The back is also massaged to aid in pelvic alignment and relaxation. You will leave with reccomendations for your specific health needs as well as at-home self-care techniques.
