Cancellation Policy
We would like to thank all of our clients for making Yes Organic Boutique and Spa such an in-demand Spa! In order to serve the community better, we have updated our cancellation and re-scheduling policy.
If you are needing to reschedule an appointment, please contact the spa. We graciously ask that you give 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appoitnment, so that we have a better chance at filling that slot. However, we do require 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling and cancellations. Any cancellations made within that 24 hour period, including same day cancellations or last minute reschedules will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service dollar amount for which you appointment was scheduled. No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the total service. This fee will be automatically charged to the card saved on file and will be non-refundable or transferable to future appointments. If we are unable to process your cancellation or no-call/no-show fee, and you wish to book a future appointment, we will require a rebooking fee for the previous cancellation.
